Effective date: July 13, 2026
A Flohr Above, LLC (“A Flohr Above,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at aflohrabove.com (the “Site”) and provides driver-operated van booking services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or booking a service, you agree to this Policy.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Contact and account details: your name, email address, phone number, and billing address when you create an account, request a booking, or contact us.
- Booking details: the dates, times, and details of the van service you request.
- Payment information: the card you use to secure and pay for a booking. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Intuit/QuickBooks Payments. We do not store your full card number on our Site. We retain a secure payment “token” and limited details (such as the card brand and last four digits) so we can authorize your deposit, charge it once your booking is approved, and automatically charge the remaining balance at the end of your service.
- Service agreement information: if you sign our service agreement at checkout, we record your electronic signature (drawn or typed), along with the date, time, and IP address of signing, as proof of agreement.
- Communications: information you include when you submit a contact form or otherwise reach out to us.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring pages, collected through cookies and our hosting provider’s server logs.
- Cookies: we use cookies that are necessary for the Site to function (for example, to keep items in your cart, keep you logged in, and process checkout). See “Cookies” below.
- Spam protection: we use Google reCAPTCHA on our forms to prevent abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and interaction data and sends it to Google for analysis, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, schedule, confirm, and manage your bookings.
- Authorize and process your deposit, and charge the remaining balance at the end of your service.
- Communicate with you about your bookings, requests, and account (including confirmation, approval, reminder, and receipt emails).
- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
- Maintain the security of the Site, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms and service agreement.
- Comply with our legal and tax obligations.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the business, and only as needed for them to perform their services:
- Intuit/QuickBooks Payments for payment processing.
- Google reCAPTCHA for spam and abuse prevention.
- Mailgun for sending our emails.
- WP Engine for website hosting.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or sale).
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the Site and its store and booking features (cart contents, login sessions, and checkout). We do not currently run advertising or analytics tracking cookies. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies, but disabling necessary cookies may prevent the booking and checkout features from working.
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide services, then for as long as necessary to meet our legal, accounting, tax, and reporting obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including handling card payments through a PCI-compliant payment provider and storing only a payment token rather than your full card number. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above.
